A traditional sauce from the Sicilian cuisine, a unique taste that encloses the flavours of the Mediterranean. The ingredients: red tuna marrow (Buzzonaglia) isn’t the prime cut of the tuna, yet it’s very tasty. Made with: tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, with no added preservatives or additives. Heated for a few minutes, it is especially tasty as a sauce on every type of pasta.

Curiosity | Tuna fish is also considered as the “beef of the seas” due to the fact that all parts of the fish are used and nothing is wasted. The Buzzonaglia is the darker flesh attached to the fishbone and it has a very distinctive taste. |
