Recipe

This sauce has its origins in central Italy. It is prepared with Pecorino Romano D.O.P and pepper following ancient local recipes.
Famous for its traditional use as a condiment for first courses, it is also appreciated as a topping on white meats such as chicken. This
seasoning is ready to use. If used with pasta, add the product at the end of cooking after draining the pasta and sauté everything in the
pan for 1/2 minutes.
