TRUFFLE SAVORY CREAM
Truffle is part of the tuber mushroom family. It grows spontaneously under the surface of soils in symbiosis with the roots of trees such as the poplar, the hazel and the oak creating an exchange of sugar, mineral salts and water. It’s a very ancient product also mentioned in manuscripts going back to the Roman Empire.
