This ragout is created by the combination of Italian great ingredients: fresh pork meat, mushrooms, precooked in extra virgin oil and garlic, celery, carrot, onion, garlic, peeled tomatoes, salt, black pepper and white wine; these ingredients give the ragout the intense flavour that takes your memory to the country side recipes of Emilia. Perfect with short pasta (penne e ziti rigati), also very nice with long rough surface pasta (Tagliatelle, fettuccine).
