ARTICHOKE SAVORY CREAM

The principle ingredient of this cream, the artichoke, is handled and mixed by hand with ingredients directly obtained from local Sicilian produce vendors and local produce (garlic, pepper, oregano, extra virgin olive oil) in order to preserve its unique, sweet, and delicate flavor.  This cream is superb on bread, as a sauce for pastas, and is an ideal accompaniment to appetizers or seasonal cheeses.
